It is (and has always been) documented in a text file on the server https://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/bdr/memtests/README.txt which is also referenced in a few places (but I forget where, I tend to go back to my rocker san repos who have it too -- Google gets a few pages of hits for the URL as a constant quoted string).
