That version probably lags behind the subversion repo for about a day. So you need to build the latest R-devel from the latest source in the subversion repo. It always has the latest version. Rocker and r-hub help make this much easier than setting everything up locally on your machine. That said, it looks like the pre-compiled version is at r79643 now, so you should be able to use it to reproduce the issue.
