RSQLite.extfuns provides SQLite extension functions for use with RSQLite. The package is a wrapper of extension functions written by Liam Healy and made available through the SQLite website (http://www.sqlite.org/contrib).
You can make the extension functions available on a per db connection basis like this: library("RSQLite.extfuns") db <- dbConnect(SQLite(), dbname = ":memory:") init_extensions(db) The extension functions provided by the package include: Math: acos, asin, atan, atn2, atan2, acosh, asinh, atanh, difference, degrees, radians, cos, sin, tan, cot, cosh, sinh, tanh, coth, exp, log, log10, power, sign, sqrt, square, ceil, floor, pi. String: replicate, charindex, leftstr, rightstr, ltrim, rtrim, trim, replace, reverse, proper, padl, padr, padc, strfilter. Aggregate: stdev, variance, mode, median, lower_quartile, upper_quartile. RSQLite has been modified to provide the SQLite header files in the installed include directory so that RSQLite.extfuns (and other packages wishing to provide SQLite extension functions) can use LinkingTo. The default value of loadable.extensions is now TRUE. + seth -- Seth Falcon | @sfalcon | http://userprimary.net/ _______________________________________________ R-packages mailing list r-packa...@r-project.org https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-packages ______________________________________________ R-help@r-project.org mailing list https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/r-help PLEASE do read the posting guide http://www.R-project.org/posting-guide.html and provide commented, minimal, self-contained, reproducible code.
