Hi useRs, I use R within Eclipse via StatET, and it seems to me that some memory intensive tasks fail due to this environment.
For example: I was trying to find the distance matrix of a matrix with (10000 rows and 500 columns), and it failed in StatET, whereas it worked in vanilla R. I'm using R 2.10.1 on WinXP. Thanks for any help in this matter.
