Dear Tal and R-help, That was the only thing I found as well, but, unfortunately, my understanding is that the 1966 test is for "raters", while the 1961 "V" test is an alternative to a Kruskal-Wallis-type nonparametric test. So perhaps there is not such an implementation in R. Thank you for the assistance, however!
