1. That is a Bioconductor package, so this is the wrong place to look for help.
2. Email the maintainer. We hate to hear about issues form the general list. See
    http://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/MLInterfaces.html
3. Send the results of sessionInfo() after the crash.

The guide will help you get actual answers to your questions.
