Hi, The 3 packages I load most often are my own; typically I make a new package for every new job. It automatically loads other packages as dependencies (top-ranked are ggplot2, reshape, plyr) as well as my data and functions I'm currently working with.
If some functions evolve further towards a more general use I may consider moving them to a "clean" package on r-forge (ultimately CRAN, but I haven't gone that far).
