Dear Peter, thank you for your explanations! Originally, my idea was to apply pairwise.wilcox.test, but sincerely I do not know how have to use my data to do that. I read the documentation for the function, but I did not understand how I have to arrange my data set. Can you help me? I have two groups (group A and group B) that gave rates on scales ranging from 0 to 10 for 8 items.
