I would like to construct and graph a stochastic kernel to compare transitions inside the distribution of per capita income among the states of a country betwen 1988 - 2008. Just like Quah did. I just have one big problem, i havent found any reference or tutorial on how to do this. I would be reaklly grateful if any can provide me that info. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.
