I can replicate this error by 'qs' not having names. what does names(qs) show? Efefctively, you have some data that are stored as factors yet you are treating them as numeric. Use str(DAT) where DAT are your data objects. Do this for each data object in turn to see if all the variables are numeric. Note that this one is just a warning, but something you should look at.
