PrsnData.subset<-subset(PrsnData, PrsnSerialno %in% HhSerialno)
PrsnData.subset

PrsnData.subset.maxage<-aggregate(PrsnData.subset["PrsnAge"],
list(PrsnData.subset$PrsnSerialno), max)
PrsnData.subset.maxage
