Hello, I have a package that builds fine using R CMD build pkg --no-vignette, but I get the following error when running R CMD build pkg:
** building package indices ... Error in setwd(OutVignetteDir) : cannot change working directory ERROR: installing package indices failed I don't know why it can't change directories since I am running as administrator in Windows Vista. I also don't know what directory it is trying to change to. I am able to build the vignette pdf using texi2dvi Overview.Rnw --pdf. My path is specified as suggested in Appendix E of the Installation and Admin manual, I have MikTex installed, and I have read the section on Writing vignettes in Writing R extensions. Can anyone tell me what I am missing?
