Dear,
I am running the following R code using the R2WINBUGS package.
fit<-bugs(
model.file=BUGScode,
data=data,
inits = list(geninits1,geninits2),
parameters.to.save=keepers,
n.chains=nchains,
n.iter=runs,
n.burnin=burn,
n.thin=nthin,
bugs.directory="C:/Program Files/WinBUGS14"
)
I put this code and the corresponding WINBUGS code "BUGScode" in the same
folder and change the directory of R into that folder. When I am running
this code in the Windows XP, "log" and "CODA" files are saved in the
directory after the run. But when I am running this in VISTA there is no
"log" and "CODA" file saved in the directory. Can anybody pls help me how
can I get those files in in VISTA? Are they saved in some other directory?
Is this a version issue for R? I am running 2.6 in XP and 2.9 in Vista.
