Dear John, Thank you for your reply. I would like to try the bootstrapping method. I have the boot package, however, I have not used it before. I do not know how to compute the correct code to calculate the standarized errors. If possible and easily achievable, could you please tell me what to do specifically or provide some more specific guidelines?
