After I installed R 2.9.0 my XML package cannot load; I get an error "This application has failed to start because iconv.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem". I already re-installed both but the problem persists. Does anyone know what is going on? I would appreciate any help. Thanks a lot
