Dear all, I have about 20,000 binary images, on the sense of habitat / non-habitat. I am running labcon() on these images (512x512pix), but when the number of "patches" is very large, the labcon stop, without error, and never end. I am running on a Linux machine, with 6Gb ram (memory is not problem, because when the labcon run one image, it takes 7seconds).
