What about \Sweaveinput ?

\begin{document}
This command allows the inclusion of Sweave files:
\SweaveInput{file1.Rnw}
\SweaveInput{file2.Rnw}
\end{document}

Ffor those who can read French, this example is adapted from
http://forums.cirad.fr/logiciel-R/viewtopic.php?t=1554 .
