Hi
I conducted a binomial GLM (with 3-factor) but I need to make a contrasts test
between the averages of the treatments; I need know what treatment are equal. I
know that the contrasts are used only in ANOVA I suppose that is incorrect
doing this in a glm, there is some way to make contrasts multiples (like tukey)
for GLM?
I find in the red that the function esticon is a contrasts test for GLM but I
don't know in what library find this.
