Hi, To supplement Bert's reply, there is not a specific SIG list for R in healthcare, however, there are a number of us, both in the pre-clinical and clinical realm, that participate here on R-Help.
As Bert noted, for genomic applications, the Bioconductor folks have their own lists. If you have specific R programming related queries that are for applications such as clinical trials and related study types, feel free to ask here. If you have more conceptual queries regarding statistical methodologies and related topics, those would be off-topic here, and you might wish to check out: 1.
