I followed the instruction of building R package on PC by Peter Rossi. I got problem when I tried to build a R package from his example, test.zip. The problem occurs when I tried to
R CMD check test the screen stops at D:\Rpackagebuild\Rossi_test>R CMD check test * checking for working pdflatex ... OK * this is package 'test' version '0.0' * checking package name space information ... OK * checking package dependencies ... OK * checking if this is a source package ... OK * checking whether package 'test' can be installed ... and the file ooinstal.out shows the following installing R.css in D:/Rpackagebuild/Rossi_test/test.Rcheck ---------- Making package test ------------ adding build stamp to DESCRIPTION installing NAMESPACE file and metadata making DLL ... making test.d from test.c gcc -std=gnu99 -Ic:/PROGRA~1/R/R-27~1.0/include -O3 -Wall -c test.c -o test.o There is subdirectory called ooLOCK under test.Rcheck. However, there is nothing under it. Does anyone have any idea what is going wrong?
