If I want to plot several variables in separate plots I usually use for cycle
something like
pdf("graph.pdf")
for ( i in 1:n) {
p<- ggplot(data, aes(x, data[,i], colour=...))
print(p + geom_point() + ...)
}
dev.off
and maybe add xlim=c(min, max)
