Dear Stephen, First of all thank for your response. But i am having the issue with jri library not java library. This is the error that pops up every time i try to execute a R program from Java "Cannot find JRI native library!Please make sure that the JRI native library is in a directory listed in java.library.path" thanks, Manjit
