Is it supported? It works fine without kerberos however fails with below error in a kerberized cluster: java.lang.RuntimeException: org.apache.thrift.transport.TTransportException: Peer indicated failure: GSS initiate failed Further debugging reveals : The R script uses common packages(rjdbc, rjava) which are not specific to any Hadoop distribution.
