Dear all,
I am looking for a method to draw multiple rectangles in different
colors plus arrows between them (given a data matrix with the relevant
coordinate and size information).
After looking around mainly on:
http://cran.r-project.org/web/views/Graphics.html
and the Rseek page
the Grid package seems one possible way to go.
Are there better suited packages for such graphs?
