I am using from within R-studio and the .Rmd file builds nicely. However, when I try to compile the fiel using :
knit2pdf( "specL.Rmd", output=file.path("res.12345","specL.pdf") ) I am getting tex errors (see below). When I wan't to check what's wrong I can't find the tex file. Any ideas?
