Hi All, I am writing a Vignette with Knitr using devtools ... actually quite awesome. However, I would like to create a table of contents. I have read the knitr and r markdown instructions on TOC and I can create a TOC in a markdown document but I cannot translate the command to a vignette - maybe doing something wrong. Does anyone know if I can create a TOC in a vignette using r-markdown and devtools?
