I'm fairly sure you need:

write.csv(yxz,file="foo.csv",row.names=FALSE);

If you don't want the header row at the top, you might want to try:

write.table(yxz,file="foo.csv",row.names=FALSE,col.names=FALSE,sep=',',qmethod="double");
