Hi Jim, Lost the address (Tuesday night is a major system scan for DFO, messes everybody up). Tried your suggestion, no luck. Also tried shutting down all Explorer browsers, still no luck. Maybe something related to configuration or environment differs between our systems.

Hi Mark, I simply shut down the help browser. It will restart with a new IP address.
