Dear R users, I'm looking for a function to align multiple waveforms that contain random phase shifts. The "Woody Average" is one such method -- is there any comparable function already coded for R? Matlab code for this type of average exists [http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/loadFile.do?objectId=12459&objectType=FILE] but I don't speak matlab.
