Hello everybody! I have worked with Bayesian Network in R. Currently, the algorithm interacts with the user to define the model graphic. But now I would like automate it. Today I found out the BNLEARN package that implements some algorithms (gs, iamb, fast.iamb, hc, mmhc...) for learning the structure of Bayesian networks. So, what your experiences about the algorithms? What is the best?
