Is there an R-package that computes the parameters of a nonhomogenous
Poisson process with cyclic rate (the rate function has polynomial and
trigonometric components)?
Something more like NPPMLE (
http://www.ise.ncsu.edu/jwilson/files/johnson94orl.pdf ) but in R?
