I am trying to label a graphic:
Cortisol (µg/ml)
A simplified version of the code is:
plot(1) ; mtext(bquote("Cortisol ("~mu~"g/ml)"))
This code inserts spaces around the mu:
Cortisol ( µ g/ml)
How can I suppress those spaces?
