Hi ,
I'm in-need of rgdal installation for R in our CentOS 6 machine to handle
shapefiles.
I had downloaded rgdal package from CRAN.
While trying to install its showing lots of dependencies like proj-api.h
missing , geos-config etc....So i'm trying to install libgeos-devel-..rpm and
libproj-devel..-rpm , but its again showing lots of dependencies to be install.
So kindly can u suggests the repository from where i can download all my
dependencies to work with rgdal package in R.
Its very urgent issue. kindly let me know as soon as possible ..
