Dear all, I would like to know if there is any R package that can deal with longitudinal GWAS analysis. Briefly, I have phenotypic data for some individuals (measured at different time points; not necessarily the same number of measures, so one individual can have 2 measures over time, while another might have 5). Then I want to analyze if that phenotype changes differently with time depending on the SNP genotype that I am testing. Thanks in advance.
