Yes, the bioconductor packages do not install through CRAN.  Now that I'm
remembering it, some (maybe all) of the other packages were installed by
dev_tools from github.

I don't know why I was getting that "unable to move temporary installation"
error for Rserve and RCurl, but today it went away and they installed.
 Maybe I needed to reboot, maybe Brian Ripley rewrote something, maybe it
was the double rainbow over Chicago
yesterday<http://chicagoist.com/2013/06/18/double_rainbow_shines_over_chicago.php>...
but today it worked for those two.
