Hello,

First of all, it's ks.test, all lower case. You can do the following.

x <- rnorm(100)  # Make up some data
y <- rnorm(100)
ks <- ks.test(x, y)

ks$p.value  # This is the value you want

See ?ks.test, section Value for a complete list of the components of the object returned by ks.test.
