Dear Jeff Newmiller, Thanks for the suggestion I did not know the website but the problem is more dry than simple multiclass classification. In fact, there are even few papers addressing the problem. I was in hope that if not yet available in CRAN someone from the R community could point out any 'pre release' version of it. I hope it is inappropriate to ask such questions here.
