Hello,
I am actually trying to perform accumulation curves with the function
"accumcomp" (package BiodiversityR). I am working on a data set species
- sampling date - sampling sites and I would like to see the impact of
sampling pressure (increasing sampling date) on species richness.
Nevertheless, all my sites belong to different climatic and edaphic
contexts which naturally leads to differences in the size of the
habitat species pools i.e. the number of species potentially able to
colonize my site and consequently on species richness occuring in my
different sites. So, when plotting my accumulation curves instead of
having the"species richness" in y and "number of sampling dates" in x, I
would like to have y= "% of total species richness encountered within
the site" and x="number of sampling dates".
I don't know how to change the code "accumcomp" or "accumresult"
(BiodiversityR package) or "specaccum" (vegan package, because the two
first functions of BiodiversityR are based on the third one). Please,
does anyone have any idea?

Thanks

Michaël
