Hui Du, There is probably something wrong with either your setup or your choice of CRAN mirror. Both HH and car are present in CRAN for all platforms.
---Your session info just arrived. "R version 2.11.1 (2010-05-31)" is over two years old. The current version is "R version 2.15.1 (2012-06-22)". Upgrading R to the current version is recommended. There might still be a problem with your setup as both HH and car worked with 2.11.1.
