This sounds like either a slur on the hard work done by the CRAN maintainers (Uwe Ligges in particular) or an admission that you find it difficult to click on 'ReadMe' and then search for the word 'rggobi' in the file. Took me all of about 5 seconds and I'm a slow typer.
