Dear all, I'm currently using the gplots plug-in for R to make a clustered heatmap and I'm wondering if there is any possibility to export the clustered data ? (basically to get an excel table with the raw data reordered according to the clustering).
I'm sorry if this question seems a bit trivial but I'm kinda new in R and I'm still struggling to do the basic stuff. Thanks a lot.
