Hello,

I ran the netlogic command (in sna package; GLM with logit link for binomial
data and QAP as the null hypothesis) and I am not absolutely sure about how
to interpret the output.

For the coefficients, I get this table:

Coefficients:

            Estimate      Exp(b)     Pr(<=b) Pr(>=b) Pr(>=|b|)

I understand that "Estimate" is the coefficient that would be obtained if
there was a linear regression, and "Exp(b)" is the coefficient after adding
the logit link. Is "Estimate" the standardized regression coefficient or the
unstandardized one?

Thanks in advance,

Claudia
