I used only these three command lines in R
>arq <-read.table("file")
> arq_matrix <-data.matrix(arq)
> arq_heatmap <- heatmap(arq_matrix, Rowv = NA, Colv = NA,col = cm.colors
> (256), scale = "column", margins =c(5,10))
