I don't understand why but one map wasn't perfect (i.e., it didn't include count information for each value). If this happens the map seems alright using GIS programs because you can still produce pretty maps based on it. However, when I looked into the table, which is associated with the map layer, it was all null for some reason. So, I processed the map again and the bootstrap of pROC worked just fine.
