Hello:
I've been using "Rprofile.site" for several years to set the
repos environment variable as follows:
options(repos=c(CRAN='http://cran.cnr.berkeley.edu',
CRANextra='http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/RWin') )
However, R 2.15.0 is not recognizing this. Instead, I get the
following:
options('repos')
$repos
CRAN CRANextra
"@CRAN@" "http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/RWin";
An R icon give "C:\Program Files\R\R-2.15.0\bin\x64\Rgui.exe",
and my "Rprofile.site" file containing the above options is in
"C:\Program Files\R\R-2.15.0\etc".
Any suggestions on how I can how I can get R 2.15.0 to read my
"Rprofile.site"? See "sessionInfo()" below.
