J,

For at least one combination of Aeventexhumed:HTL:Sector Shell is either 0 or
equal to TotalEggs.

asking him to perform a post-mortem examination: he may be able to say what the

Onderwerp: [R] 3 variables - GLM -- Warning Message ?

Hi , I am trying to do a 3 variable interaction and received this warning
message. Can someone please interpret?

Model31.glm <- glm(cbind(Shells, TotalEggs-Shells) ~ Aeventexhumed:HTL:Sector,
data=data.to.analyze, family = binomial) Warning message:
glm.fit: fitted probabilities numerically 0 or 1 occurred

Thanks,
J
