Rich Dear Richard: I looked a bit more and found the second edition of book referenced, Rand R Wilcox, "Introduction to Robust Estimation and Hypothesis Testing," Second Edition, Academic Press, 2005. It has over 600 quotes on google scholar. If my memory is correct, Wilcox developed code for relplots and possibly quelplots.
