Hi! I am doing a two sample permutation test and trying to find confidence interval. perm.test() seems can do that but when the vector contains negative numbers it occurs an error. And for perm.test(x,y), elements in x can't be more than in y. I am wondering how I can fix these two problems? Thanks a lot.
