Yes, but for Windows there is also the former version available for
releases < 2.13.0 in principle (but using old versions is never
recommended).
install.packages("BiodiversityR", dependencies=TRUE)
should do the trick unless the R version is ancient, but we have not
been told if the OP tried it or got any error message.
