Look at package smatr. It fits RMA (called here standardized major axis) regression, plots the line, and provides confidence limits.

For ordinary least square regression abline(lm(x~y))works well but for RMA regression, abline(lmodel2(x~y))does not do it. If somebody knows how to do it, it would be a great relief !!
